Nigeria operating entity. Primary commercial entry point for Nigerian client engagements. CAC-registered.
IP architecture
IP ownership and discipline.
DecIQ® Technologies Ltd holds all intellectual property developed or assigned and licenses it independently to each operating entity.
DecIQ® Holdings Ltd is the parent and shareholder of all three operating and IP entities.
It does not trade or hold IP directly. This structure separates asset ownership from operational and commercial activity, and protects the IP from any single operating entity's risk.
